This two-day pitching and networking event aims at fostering partnerships between European and international production companies faround short film projects. The next edition will take place on <strong>Tuesday 6 and Wednesday 7 February 2024<\/strong>, and will include pitching sessions, informal networking for producers and participants and one-on-one business meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The call for projects for Euro Connection 2024 is now open until October 20th 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>May apply producers legally based in one of the countries associated to Euro Connection 2024 (see forms for the complete list of countries &amp; contacts). All projects must match the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The project is a short film (animation, fiction, creative documentary, VR project);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The duration does not exceed 30 minutes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The project must have partial funding in place granted from an external source (third party organisation);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The producer intends to develop the film as an international coproduction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting or production shall start no earlier than June 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www-stg.toscanafilmcommission.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/EC24_call_ENG-1.docx\">Application form here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Euro Connection revolves around:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Script consulting session (online, mid-Dec. 2023) &amp; video pitch guidance (early Jan. 2024)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Live pitch training session (Monday 5 February 2024).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Live pitching sessions (Tuesday 6 February 2024).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitated networking for producers and participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One-on-one business meetings (Wednesday 7 February 2024).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more informations: <a href=\"mailto:euroconnection@clermont-filmfest.org\">euroconnection@clermont-filmfest.org<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Credits<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Euro Connection presented by the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Market, in association with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cineuropa.org\/Files\/2009\/02\/20\/1235135071393.pdf\">Creative Europe MEDIA Desk France<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnc.fr\/Site\/Template\/T3.aspx?SELECTID=3472&amp;id=58&amp;t=2\">Centre national du cin\u00e9ma et de l\u2019image anim\u00e9e<\/a>, Euro Connection receives support from Creative Europe\u2019s MEDIA sub-programme and the PROCIREP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The main platform for the co-production of short films.
